Called and tried to get someone to service my heat pump. Guy who answered the phone was very rude and tried to sell me a different system saying my system wouldn't keep the house warm, even though it has been working for 5 years and refused to come out and service it. Ended up going with Hiller.

Great Place To Work!

I was quoted over $600 to install one electrical outlet in the unfinished storage area under my stairs. There was already an outlet on the other side of the wall that the electrician could tap into, so it wasn’t a complicated job. When I expressed my shock, he went outside to talk to his boss and miraculously came back at $300, half the price! Still on the high end according to average costs for the installation of one outlet in Nashville. I had him do the work, but I will never use this company again.

Matt did an outstanding job in helping me fix an issue with my tankless water heater. It was initially installed using the existing plumbing for a hot water heater using a 1/2” gas line, but he evaluated the situation and informed me that my unit was starving for gas which is why it was huffing multiple times before unit fired up. He changed out the 1/2” with a 1” gas line, gas meter was changed out by gas company in a very timely manner to support the higher gas volume and now my tankless water heater is running smooth and quiet!! I also had him check the water pressure and he said it was too low so he bumped it up for me and now the water flow is much stronger for showers and all the sinks!! What a nice improvement that was as well!! If there are any other future plumbing issues that I can’t fix myself, then I’ll definitely be calling Matt to help me out!!
