Best Home Electrical Repairs in Nashville TN

My appointment was at 2 and they showed up before 2 (I was still at work). They were supposed to do a tune up / clean my hvac. The guy basically told me the unit is junk and I need a new one. After I declined, he got huffy, took the check and left. Hvac still looks dirty. Picture is how it looked after he left. What did I pay for?

Last week, I called on Thursday and again yesterday (Monday). Each time I left a voicemail briefly describing my electrical problem and left my phone number. The phone was not answered during business hours. I did not hear back from this business. I don't know if they are on vacation, ill or too busy.

I had a poor experience with Bates electrical. Had a tech come out to look at rewiring a Fiber cable through the attic. There is a $125 charge for them to come out. He looked at it and said it would not be easy and that he recommended I did NOT do it as it would be too difficult. He was there 15 minutes and I got charged $250 for the 15 minutes he was there. I guess they charged an extra hour (rounded up) of labor on top of the trip charge. I felt very taken advantage of. Even the tech said if it were his decision he wouldn't charge for such a short visit. I understand the initial $125 charge because I agreed to it, but the additional $125 just felt greedy.

First day scheduled, the electrician was very late. I was told a tree fell on someone’s house, so totally understood. When he arrived, he didn’t take off his shoes or put on booties, so he got mud on our new carpet. I was able to clean it off, but still annoying. We didn’t have the right switch for the ceiling fan, so had to reschedule. Our fault, but no harm. Second scheduled time, no call, no show. I contacted them and apparently another tree fell on a house. Suspicious that’s the same excuse. Now it just sounds like a line they tell people to not get them upset. However if true, that sucks. Finally, day of, they were still super late with no notice they were arriving. Fine, I guess they were busy, but a heads up would be nice. Final straw was they drilled a GD hole in my ceiling trying to run wire. Said they don’t do drywall. Basically I’m SOL. Not happy. Do not recommend.

Had them come out and replace electric panels in my house and they did a great job. Gave me a free quote and arrived on-time. Work was done quickly and professionally. Would definitely use them again. Mike and Tyler did a fantastic job!

One of the owners arrived for an inspection to go over the scope of work on my project. They informed me they would have to pull a permit to begin work and would start the process. I checked in 2 weeks later only to be told they were on vacation. I tried checking in 3, 4, and 5 weeks later and received no responses from either of the owners. No email, no phone call, no text, complete silence. This is unprofessional, if you don't want the project just say no, and I'll find someone else. I didn't realize Royal Electric would treat me like a random tinder match and not a person. Now I've wasted 5 weeks of time, awesome...

Daniel from Daniels Pro Electrical service hung a ceiling fan/light combo in my living room! I have a 17 1/2 foot ceiling, and he was able to get it done all by myself and advised me on what down rods to get and everything!! Great job! Will have him out again to work on some other electrical things in my house!

Had Eli come out and do a consultation for me at my business. Scheduled the work to be done in a few days and he also said that he would send me a quote. I texted him the next day to get the quote and to confirm our scheduled appointment, he did not reply back. He was a no-call, no-show. Had a very unprofessional experience, would not recommend.
