I needed my old landscape lights replaced so I called Bates Electric. They sent Ryan out and he showed up in a timely manner and quickly went to work on replacing my lights. I was in need to a last minute electrical install after having a water heater installed. The existing electrical line was too short to reach the new unit's hookup. Talked to Chris by phone and he was able to get Jeremy to my house hours later. They were done in less than 30 minutes! A very professional and courteous team, and extremely reasonable in cost! A great local contractor! Highly recommend!

The company takes care of it's customers and employees better than any company I've ever been around and that's the greatest part. DO NOT USE- Came by to quote over a month ago, and has rescheduled/no showed for the work 3 times now. First reschedule was only after I texted to confirm it, the second after pushing my appointment from 3pm to 9pm before I had to ask if he was ever going to show, then he apologizes and chooses the next appointment... third time tells me he's on his way right when he's supposed to show at 10am and then radio silence for HOURS. Never to be heard from again. How hard is it to tell people you can't make it or can't take the work? I wish you could charge back appointments for all the time taken from you waiting around. ZERO if I could give a zero
