I needed my old landscape lights replaced so I called Bates Electric. They sent Ryan out and he showed up in a timely manner and quickly went to work on replacing my lights. I just had an excellent experience with MCH this past week. Our AC went out (in this crazy heatwave) in the middle of the night. Someone was able to come out on a holiday (July 4) to assess the situation. By 11am the next morning our unit was completely replaced, up and running. The crew was professional and did a great job. Can’t say enough about how well this was handled and with such expediency.
