I had a pretty poor experience with Bates Electric. I requested an electrician out to my place and without my knowledge was scheduled for an emergency appointment (that started at 3PM?). I was not informed this was an emergency visit. While Bates says they are a Google Nest preferred vendor, the technician was not able to help at all. I ended up talking with the google nest help desk while the tech waited around for about 2 hours. After two hours he decided to check the power source (even though that was clearly stated on the nest it was the error all along) and was able to determine he couldn't help. I ended up calling another service that was able to find a solution in under 10 minutes. I reached out to let Bates know this and they took an additional eight days longer than stated to get back to me. As a young new homeowner I feel misled and that the situation was not handled up to expectation. I will not be using Bates in the future.

Hiller did an amazing job installing three can lights for us in our kitchen. We had originally asked for them to come check our outdoor lighting, but when that was an easy fix they asked if there was anything else they could assist with and i asked about removing a light fixture in our kitchen and changing it for can lights. They jumped on it right away and were finished within a few hours. So simple and the lighting looks amazing! I would use them again in a heartbeat for future electrical projects.

I recommend Weiss Electric,they installed three dimmers in my house and everything was hassle free. Scott was responsive, on time and he did a good job. I'm happy with the work he did.

One of your vans just drove through a construction zone on Old Hickory on the wrong side of the cones and then cut a bunch of people off to get ahead of the traffic line. Incredibly rude and dangerous. Would never trust you to do any work in my house based off this behavior.
