Friendly and answered my questions!
Decided not to install new outlet-

Last week, I called on Thursday and again yesterday (Monday). Each time I left a voicemail briefly describing my electrical problem and left my phone number. The phone was not answered during business hours. I did not hear back from this business. I don't know if they are on vacation, ill or too busy.

They charged me double what they quoted me. When I called to understand why, the lady reviewed their pricing and assured me that’s what I was previously told and said she could pull the recorded call to prove it. After a week of not hearing back from them, I reached back out and had to explain my situation over again. This happened for about 5 consecutive weeks before I got sick of getting the run around. Manipulative pricing structure and terrible customer service. I recommend you shop elsewhere.

Pay top dollar for some unprofessional job
2 year after, I hire a electrician( to relocate an outlet done by Mr electric) and we saw together a waterproof outlet not being waterproof whatsoever... same on other plugs Mr electric did was poorly executed......

Moorey and team did a great job installing my Level 2 charger. Showed up on time and did a quick clean job. Thanks guys.

Had one of their drivers cut me off and almost cause an accident today. If you're going to drive advertising a business you should probably learn to drive safely and responsibly.

Mr. Houston promptly arrived in a friendly and timely manner as previously discussed.
He is very meticulous about his work and briefly analyze and discussed the problems relating to the electrical issues relating to my home.
He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a professional electrician. His prices are GREAT.
