Don't make the same mistake that I did by seeing up an appointment with Powell Electric. This outfit is no better than the worst Electrical company's out there. They make appointments, had to wait 5 days and then after I wasted all of my time waiting for them in the time window, they called to say they couldn't make it. They wanted to reschedule for another day. No real apologies. Just a comment that sometimes things happen. Never again with this company.

The guys were on time, very professional, in their masks, diligent on finding the issue and resolved it. Thank you for the great work.

Came for consultation never heard anything else from them. Promised a b8d work order with cost. Never received anything. I guess they can't handle older houses with older cables. Very disappointing! Never received the quote, maybe you sent to wrong email. After the electricity was repaired there was no reason to return your call. I would like to know what email address you had.

We should have waited for Alex! Another company came by, fiddled with this and that for about an hour and “assessed “ the intermittent connection issue, applied some electrical tape, and overcharged us for the privilege. Alex came by, asked direct questions, listened intently, checked the panel, focused on the exterior connector, assessed the issue within minutes, advised us to call DWP and didn’t charge us for his valuable time and expertise. Who does that??? Alex, that’s who! Thank you Alex!

All bad. We need the right answers not a guessing act. The man came into my home, charged me a $150 an fixed nothing. My plugs still dont work. Im calling someone else an asking if the can fix my problem up front. Last time i make the mistake.

Jose and Julio came out and made recommendations regarding outdoor lighting which sounded reasonable. They completed the work in a couple of hours and cleaned up. All works perfectly. Very reasonable price. Great company and staff!

What a great experience! I had a last minute issue that was very time sensitive. Gabriel came out himself within 2 hours of my call. I got a really competitive price from him and assurance that he could finish the job safely and on time. The next morning, Frank showed up on time and with some great new ideas on how to solve my electrical issue. There were no major price fluctuations like I'm experiencing with other contractors I am working with. This is just an honest business with skill, heart, and great attention to detail. I highly recommend them.

The night our electricity went out my water broke so we had to leave the house to have our baby.
