Doug was very nice and knowledgeable. He did a great job troubleshooting our gfi outlet and informing what the problem was. I would recommend Doug and Powell Electric for any electrical needs.

I have been calling Larry & Johnathan for ALL my electric needs over the past few years. I own multiple properties in Los Angeles and one thing that I've found is necessary is to find amazing contractors you can trust. This is because some people are more interested in just getting your money and rushing than quality. I'm happy to say that Larry is the opposite I have found my electricians FOR GOOD!!!

Alex & Alex did a fantastic job installing an EV charger for me. We live in a townhouse set-up with a shared garage so it wasn't as straightforward as an install in a single family house. Nevertheless, Alex was extremely patient in walking me through the steps: where they need to cut, where they need to drill, and where the electrical lines would run. He made sure I understood the process 100% but most importantly he was accountable to everything he had said and promised. The job turned out to be more difficult than originally planned, but he stuck to the original estimate and didn't charge me any additional. He's an electrician I truly can trust. Needless to say, the job was done perfectly. Alex, his step-dad, and apprentice was efficient in their work and finished everything in just a few hours. Couldn't be happier with this decision!

He was courteous and clean, came in a fixed my ceiling fan, It took him an hour. He clean up behind him self. Came back with the bill I paid him , he shook my hand. The service I received was excellent. I will call them in the future if I need an electrician.

Jose and Julio came out and made recommendations regarding outdoor lighting which sounded reasonable. They completed the work in a couple of hours and cleaned up. All works perfectly. Very reasonable price. Great company and staff!

These guys are a class A operation all the way. I've owned/operated a home automation company in Los Angeles for the past 16 years, and so have worked with a number of different electricians. Last week, my wife and I were faced with a major electrical mess at a property we recently purchased. Since my usual go-to guys weren't available, my wife found Power Up Electric on Angie's List and asked me to call them for a quote. It was the best phone call I've made in a long time. I immediately felt like a VIP customer and was given an appointment the same day for a walk through and consultation. Gabriel, the owner, showed up himself for the consultation. He addressed all of my concerns and I was provided with a competitive not-to-exceed quote at the end of the walk through. They even made a couple last-minute changes for us without adding change orders. Alex K was outstanding, He went over all my options checked all my electrical let me know what needed to be done and why in full detail he fixed all of my sockets in record time. Alex went over every detail item of what Needed to be done. Alex printed out all my documents and sent them to my email for my records again explained all of what was done in detail let me know pricing and how long it would take to fix.
