I needed to replace e ceiling light fixture (small and weighing light). When I made the appointment by phone, I was treated nicely by the representative. However, when I inquired about a range-estimate, I was told that the electrician would be the one estimating it, not them. Not true, when the electrician came he actually called in to GET an estimate according to a booklet that they use. For a job with no complications, that might have taken less then an hour, I was asked for $392. I felt ambushed and very disappointed. I don't know of any service that cannot at least give you a rough estimate. I do not recommend this company at all. This said, the electrician who came out was very kind, understanding, and concerned, but this speaks about him as a person and not about the company.

My landlord sent Steve to my place to replace a faulty lighting switch. He fixed it in a matter of minutes. I really appreciate that Steve took the time to explain to me what was wrong with the switch and show me how all the lighting was wired through it. Now the lights turn on and off smoothly, no more jiggling of the switch required!
