The team from Electric Connection was great. We had an impossible assignment to put conduit under the eaves of our two story home which has a slatted, aluminum patio cover. After discussing other routing options, the team decided to stay under the eaves and figured out a way to safely install the conduit. It was an all day job and the guys were pleasant and positive the whole time. They worked right into the dark to get the installation complete, and I couldn't be happier with the result.

I have to admit that I was skeptical at first because the bid for the job was done completely over the phone and email. I was concerned that once someone got on site they would say, Sorry, but you will need to double the price to get this done. But that was not the case. The final bill was exactly what was estimated and, again, I couldn't be happier.

I spoke to Alex (son) on the phone and he was upfront with me about having to source out my unknown problem.
He quoted me a service price and said it could be higher once the problem was found. He was very meticulous and he talked me though the steps he was taking. After trying many things Alex was able to locate and fix the problem. Since he was here I had him look over my house for other potential problems. He found some so I had him fix them.
