He obviously has considerable experience as he went through several steps to isolate the problem and eliminate it.I was also impressed with Powell’s customer service. I received a call from the office advising me that he was on the way and an email with Mariano’s photo and experience before he arrived. I will certainly use Powell Electric and hopefully Mariano for future problems. 5 Stars!

I would highly recommend this company. I would give them a 12/10 stars. I woke up today panicking not knowing why my outlets on the roof had stopped working, which also controls our tankless water heater. I was trying to switch the breaker but nothing was working. The friendly woman at the front desk ensured me all would be okay.They sent out George Correa SAME DAY who could not have been more friendly, helpful, and patiently explained to me what was happening, why it happened, and my options to fix the problem. I personally know nothing on how electrical panels work, so the fact he was extremely patient in explaining everything meant a lot. He really went above and beyond so I would understand what needed to be fixed, he even showed me the wire that melted into the other causing the fuse to switch/affecting another outlet in the same area, causing the breaker to flip. Very informative actually. I would HIGHLY recommend George Correa.Electrical success aside, he was very sweet with my two dogs and we had some good laughs about his own dogs at home. (We both have mini golden doodles). Overall, I can’t say enough good things about George’s knowledge, quick ability to assess the problem and provide a solution with a friendly, upbeat attitude. This extremely stressful situation was fixed with ease, my hot water is back up and working and outlets are all working as well. It couldn’t have been a better experience. Thank you George!

I recently hired A Custom Electric for an emergency repair where a plumber cut through an electrical pipe when he was sawing a cement slab at the Wallis Theater in Beverly Hills.
We were on a deadline to get this repaired and restore the electrical power that afternoon.
Michael showed up within 30 minutes, repaired the pipe, replaced the cut wires and had the electricity restored within 90 minutes of arriving.
In the past I’ve used him to install a 200 amp main electrical panel on a commercial building we were working on and was very happy with his workmanship and attention to detail.

We installed a Jacuzzi at our house and after hiring 2 different electrician we were referred to OCA. When you're in a situation where 2 professionals can't figure it out you start freaking out. So once Jack came out and checked all the wiring and control panels he started to do his magic. First he explained to us that it's not common that electricians work on Jacuzzis all the time and said don't blame the electrician which was very nice and professional of him. He also read the owners manual and figured the problem out. He explained everything A-Z and got the Jacuzzi to work. I will refer anyone I know to OCA and make sure people don't waste there time and money.

Called this company bc it said it was on Beverly Blvd. When I called, they said they’re located in the Valley. So didn’t like the misleading ad plus the dispatcher didn’t know why that was.
