I was very pleased with Alex & Alex (family business). It was actually junior Alex who took my call and ultimately made the repairs. On the phone I explained my problem (flickering lights in two different rooms) and Alex explained what the service call would cost and what they would do for that price. When I asked when they could come out, he shocked me by saying in about an hour, after his current job. Shocked at how soon he could come, I booked him. Sure enough, he arrived in about an hour, diagnosed the problem (bad switches), replaced both of them, and: took a look at another non-working light and made a suggestion for repair or replacement, recommended I replace my existing under cabinet halogen puck lights with LED lights to save electricity, and gave me the link to the bulbs I could install myself. He also pointed out my current (40 year old panel) needed replacement (something I knew from two of my neighbors), and gave me an estimate for the job. The actual repair for the two switches was only an additional $25, and I was satisfied with the total price. I compared his price for replacing my electrical panel and it was competitive with what my neighbors paid, so I'll probably use Alex & Alex.for that job too.

I've used Branover Electricians in my Los Feliz home several times now... they are an outstanding contractor. Every time I work with them, they are on time, professional and very polite. I found the cost to be quite reasonable.

While waiting for the electrician to come, I was not happy. My power was out for hours but the company keep postponing the time. I was so close to cancel the service and look elsewhere for the service. After all, the sub electrician finally came. From the first interaction, this electrician, Alex.K, already ease up my frustration. He apologized for the wait, and help me understand the company doing it best to get him out to work on my order. From the start to finish, Alex was very professional. He took his time to explain very clear about the issues, and provided me with multiple options. This make me feel like I am in control to make my decision with his expert advice. He laid out all the reasons why I should do this or consider that. I am not gonna lie, the service charge was freak me out a little, but after receiving the service, I know what I paid is well worth it. He was so nice and helpful that my mom keep offering him food and drink (of course its non alcoholic). When he finished, he not only had me to check the area where it has issues, but also stay back and had me check all areas to make sure everything is good. If asking me how the Express Electrical Services company is stand out compare to others and why it is and will be my go to for electrical services, its because electrician like Alex.K. His professionalism, friendliness, informative, and honesty (i think he is from the way he talk), is second to none. Oh yeah, almost forgot, and safety too. This guy wore mask, gloves, and face shield while working and oh man, he was sweating. I felt bad for him, but thankful that he care about safety for us too. Anyway, this electrician is amazing. Fell supper happy eventhough I spent almost 3k for all the work. Worth it though. Thank you Alex, and Express Electrical Services, you are my go to for any of my electrical services from here on.

This company was very fantastic in fixing my breaker that keeps tripping today. I was informed in all stages of the service. The electrician was very authentic, considerate, and a true expert about the service. He gets the job done so fast without any disruptions. I was very pleased with this company’s services. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Please read this before you hire this company. I went with USA electric after seeing all the good reviews, but it has been an absolute nightmare dealing with them- Please save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.
I was quoted two days for a simple installation of an electric charger by their technicians. It is now over a month since that date and the process is STILL dragging on, and this whole process has been the most stressful thing I have been through in a long time.

- They do not know local city laws. Weeks have been spent now because of errors USA electric made, because they did not know the permit laws of West Hollywood. Licensed contractors should at a bare minimum know the most up to date laws for any project they take on.

- The city documented emails back and forth between them where they did not send required documents, which ended up dragging this on for WEEKS. They had told me they had followed up every day, but I had to actually go myself to the city hall to talk to an agent that showed he had requested documents multiple times which weren't sent.

- They charged me nearly double the price of the equipment they bought for my install. The price of labor was more. And after the insane time dealing with them, they still tried to charge me 500 extra for an hour of time just to be present for the inspection (They had previously told me this was not required, when the city said EVERY install requires the contractor present)

I have now had to hire someone else that is much cheaper to come in their place. Save yourself the hassle.

I am sure they will respond saying all of this is false, as they told me on the phone, but really excuses shouldn't be made if I am taking so much time out of my own schedule to fix the problems they wouldn't.

I called Powerplus Electric on a Saturday afternoon and with 30 minutes they arrived to give me free estimate. He spent over 2 hours starting from the electric source finding and tracing the electric lines. He was relentless until he was able to diagnose the problem. I had complete confidence that he was the most qualified to remedy my problem. He gave me a written estimate and I agreed to have the work done. He came back with a crew on time, completed the job as promised, no extra charges and no surprises. Job well done and I would use them again and would recommend powerplus to anyone with an electrical problem. Good work and Good team. Thank you!!
