We have an old house with an old breaker box. This morning one of the breakers tripped and left 75% of the house in the dark, which included the kitchen. The technician came well within the given appointment estimated time and evaluated the situation and gave us our options. Basically we had too many wires going to too few breakers. He removed the old breakers and replaced them with new ones that was able to satisfy our load. He was very polite and professional and provided some suggestions for the near future. I am truly glad I called United Electric.

I needed to replace e ceiling light fixture (small and weighing light). When I made the appointment by phone, I was treated nicely by the representative. However, when I inquired about a range-estimate, I was told that the electrician would be the one estimating it, not them. Not true, when the electrician came he actually called in to GET an estimate according to a booklet that they use. For a job with no complications, that might have taken less then an hour, I was asked for $392. I felt ambushed and very disappointed. I don't know of any service that cannot at least give you a rough estimate. I do not recommend this company at all. This said, the electrician who came out was very kind, understanding, and concerned, but this speaks about him as a person and not about the company.

If turning up or answering the phone is 90% of being successful in life then Steve at Turn Electric is on its way to being a great business. Douglas Wright Electric never returned my call on e-mails. Same for Power Steve Spot Electric - they never bothered to return either my emails OR phone calls. Steve at Turn Electric was on time, called to confirm he was coming did great work AND was great company. I'll use Turn Electric again for sure.

This was our first time using All-in-One Electric and we were pleasantly surprised at how punctual, how knowledgeable and how quickly Stuart was able to see the problem and fix it, and at a reasonable rate.
