I can’t thank Powell Electric enough. Fully explained what is needed and how to get the job fixed. Mariano was very professional. Showed up exactly on time. Wore his mask entire time he worked and I’m sure it’s not easy to do manual labor and have your airway restricted. He even wore booties while inside my house. We have light colored flooring and this was a major concern of mine as a homeowner. The entire interaction was a great experience. From booking my appointment last night at 7pm to job being completed by 11am this morning was exceptional. I would not only highly recommend Powell Electric but I’ll definitely be using them in the future myself. They have great employees representing their company!

They came and installed my EV charger (Tesla Wall Connector). They walked me through the paperwork I had to submit to get the permit from the city, which helped saved me some money, but the city's response was much slower than I would have liked. Make sure you get your permit.m!

Fabio and Bob were my contacts via phone and email respectively. The technicians came to me and had uniforms that were clearly recognizable. Very respectful and even offered to look over a couple concerning outlets of mine within my home. I will definitely be asking them back for help with those. They also had to run out to get one part they needed since my breaker box required it. Appt wasn't more than an hour. I made sure I had the EV charger equipment beforehand for the installation.

Father/son were amazing! They were fast with fixing our MAJOR problem. Our electric box was completely burnt out and they redid the entire thing within hours. They were knowledgeable and very polite. I’d endorse them to anyone who needs their services. Oh and a major plus, they’re affordable!

We had an unusual problem with an old breaker panel. Scott was able to come out within 2 hours. In short order he identified the problem, tracked down an obscure breaker switch, got it installed, and solved the problem. No b.s., just straightforward service. Highly recommended.

I needed a job done ASAP- booked late on Friday for early Monday so was very pleased with that. Communication great all along- and technician Eduardo Leon was very knowledgeable and kind. We talked through different options for placing a dishwasher outlet and he understood my concerns and worked with me. I would definitely hire both Eduardo and LWE again.
