I call to have a led light power supply installed, told them it was 15 to 18 ft high. I said the only thing you need is a tall ladder, I have the part. They come out look at the part, look at the lamp and say $850 to come back, we need a big ladder. So I pay the $100 fee and I’m right back were I started... should have just rented a ladder. Powell has contacted me and we have reached a positive resolution. I would recommend them based on this follow up and concern for customer satisfaction. Thanks

Jesse came in with professional manner and checked the site of the electric charger to be installed,then calculated the amount and it’s the same amount quoted by phone.Jesse and other person installed it well and proper leaving the place clean and showed me how to use it.
