The team from Electric Connection was great. We had an impossible assignment to put conduit under the eaves of our two story home which has a slatted, aluminum patio cover. After discussing other routing options, the team decided to stay under the eaves and figured out a way to safely install the conduit. It was an all day job and the guys were pleasant and positive the whole time. They worked right into the dark to get the installation complete, and I couldn't be happier with the result.

I have to admit that I was skeptical at first because the bid for the job was done completely over the phone and email. I was concerned that once someone got on site they would say, Sorry, but you will need to double the price to get this done. But that was not the case. The final bill was exactly what was estimated and, again, I couldn't be happier.

He texted me with his picture and arrival time, which was as promised. I was out of town, called them and George arrive within 2 hours. George spoke with my husband, who is an electrical engineer and explained the repair options and pricing. My husband who is rarely impressed was very satisfied with how the entire situation was handled. As the president of my HOA, I will keep Express Electrical at the top of our service provider list. I only wish all service providers could be as timely, thorough and friendly. George offered to get food for my 92 year old Mom who lived in the unit without electricity for 12+ hours. Last week, I was charged $399 for installation of a simple switch (no dimmer) and the wall plate. I learned later (on Google) that this is job in the range of $150-200. I contacted them and it doesn’t look like I’ll get a partial refund. Advice: shop around and don’t call this outfit.

80-year-old house with lots of additions and d.i.y. owners. Had a scary problem with a complicated light switch that kept burning out and seemed to have 220V in a 110V circuit. Chose USA because of their good reviews and the fact that they weren't just operating out of their home like so many other electricians. Turned out to be a good choice. They scheduled the job sooner than I would have expected and their price was quite reasonable. John and his partner were very professional and within an hour had unscrambled what I'm sure was a spaghetti mess. Will be calling them for all future electrical work on this old house!
