On a rainy night, the main switch on our panel turned off and we couldn't get it back on. I called Express Electrical and Hope (who answered the phone) worked hard to find a tech to come over (at the time, all the technicians were busy). Shortly after, Aaron came and explained everything clearly to me, gave me options. It turned out our electical system was outdated and unsafe. He offered the option to fix the main switch (temporary solution) or get an entire new panel installed (and fix up/replace everything that was not up to code). My wife and I decided to go with the new system. He arrived the next morning and worked hard ALL DAY. He informed me when he was about to go on a lunch break (even offered to pick something up for me!). The next day, he arrived at 6:30am to continue the project, and finally on the third day (arrived at 7am), he worked over 12 hours to get everything just right. Aaron was extremely curtious, always took the time to explain what he was doing, and made sure I was satisfied with his work. There was a time in which he had to cut the power off from our home, but after explaining to him that it would be more convenient to us to do so when we weren't home, he arraged his work to match our schedule. He went above and beyond what we hoped for. I am very impressed by Aaron's work ethic!

The team lead was an excellent communicator. He explained what they would be doing, where they would be, and when they would need to turn off the electricity and restore it. He showed me how to plug in the charger and what to be sure not to touch. And then he had me do it so that I had practice. He was creative when a change had to be made and open to suggestions. And they cleaned up everything and returned everything to it's proper location. It was a pleasure working with them. In addition, before starting the job, the Managing Director came to my house and discussed the installation options with me and we chose what would be done together.
All contact with everyone was professional and easy. In the future when I need an electrician, I will call Nation.
