He was thorough and went out of his way in educating me of the problems I was encountering and potential causes for these issues. This highlights the value in what repairs need to do and also adds to that value by taking his time to educate me on the overall system and problems that we are solving. I am grateful for his expertise and experience because he was able to translate it to me as the customer and add value. Unfortunately the estimate for the work I needed was outside the scope of my budget but honestly my experience with Bradley encourages me to call back for any future needs.

Went beyond what I contacted them to do to replace meter and electric box and heat was not working. Figured out them complication with the heater so I knew what to be done by the HVAC company. supportive and responsive.

We called Southwest because we were having issues with our labeling machine. They were quick and courteous in sending a technician. The technician examined the machine and honestly told us that the problem is not electrical but mechanical and did not charge us. I appreciated the honesty.

When I was renovating my house, I wanted to get new electric panels and make them spectacular. Power Pro Electric did that for me, and they didn't have any trouble during the process. I have been really satisfied with the services and pricing they offer.

HR is not to be trusted here. I was harassed and no formal documents to prove it when I complained. Was reduced pay,randomly drug screened and eventually terminated for retaliation. Great for getting experience at the cost of being humiliated. Passed the drug screen BTW

They replaced an old electric panel for me and did it all up to code and pretty fast too.
