We had an emergency that had to be addressed immediately. Mariano arrived sooner than expected. He was absolutely wonderful in his thoroughness getting to the cause of the problem. He provided a temporary fix and helped us get Edison out to investigate the outside wiring. He was very concerned about our situation. We will have to have more work done, but we could not accept the estimate Powell Electric gave us—it was unreasonably high. We paid $400 for the emergency visit. Mariano’s advice and actions were worth it given the situation, but we will not be using Powell again.

Alex.K was very knowledgeable. He made repairs that he said he was going to do. He stayed really late past 11pm to complete the job. He cleaned up after himself and was conscious of my dog not escaping the yard. Would use him again for sure. Ladies in the office were super friendly and gave me updates as to Alex's arrival.

When it comes to electrical expertise, Mehdi is outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and provides responses that I with minimal knowledge can understand. His recommendations for the design is with a cost efficient mindset. I completely appreciate that. Him quotes are extremely competitive and at the end of the day I selected him because of his customer service and price for my install of an electric vehicle charger in building’s garage. The process was seamless from scheduling a time to scope out my requirements on site, sending me an estimate via email for my review and approval, submitting the application for the required city permits, scheduling a time onsite to do the work (he brought in a crew of 4 and project took 1/2 day), meeting with the city inspector which was approved immediately, and invoicing with email receipt upon payment.
