they came they looked at the problem and got straight to work and they were done quick. they did everything in less than 30 minutes.

I was installing a new hot water tank for our coffee shop and was stumped when it came to the wiring. I was fairly certain I had things wired up correctly but didn't want to risk a $1000 machine. I called Scott and he was extremely helpful. He managed to help me figure everything out over the phone with a little research and a few questions, plus he didn't even charge me. With his help I was able to correct a mistake I had made in my wiring and everything is working great. Thanks Scott!

I had a very simple issue, just needed to put up a wired smoke detector way, way out of reach, and he patiently answered all my questions about an antique record player and some other things.
