Have used West LA Electric for several years. Over that time, they have rewired my pool filter, pool light and patio lights. Put in the electrical for a cabana and a waterfall pump for my pond They have changed my whole electrical service when the line from the DWP pole hung down on my roof on the way to the box at the back of my house. Put in all new circuit breakers and changed the electrical service to a more convenient location. Rewired my kitchen for new electric oven, then again for a new microwave and a third time for a new dishwasher. Rewired garage when I put in an air conditioning system. Installed a garage door opener and the sensors. When I sold that house the home inspection had ZERO faults with the electrical. Lived in that house for many years.
Also had West LA Electric put in the electrical for modular workstations at 2 of my new offices, and dismantle them when I retired.
All in all, extremely satisfied with the work, I know it was up to the legal requirements and that is why I am currently having them upgrade the electrical at my newly purchased house.

I am so grateful to everyone who recommended Power Up Electric. Franklin and his crew (Mario and Vladimir) spent three days updating our electrical systems and taking care of a huge list of random jobs. Our master bath didn't have an exhaust fan and was completely cut off from our household HVAC system, and was constantly steamed up and freezing in the winter. We had consulted many other electricians and our HVAC contractor to no avail, but Franklin had an immediate solution - a Panasonic exhaust fan with integrated heating unit. He also isolated the master bath on a unique circuit. He also noticed my ethernet cable snaking up the stairs and ran the cable inside the wall and two separate cables for our two home offices. All of the work was completed on time, they repaired all of the tiny openings they used and cleaned up after. Franklin is respectful, creative and kind, and treats the crew the same way he treated us. Franklin and Power Up are gems.

The repairman Jesse did an outstanding job in our home. We had a bad wire that burnt a hose that caused an explosion and burnt the wall. He replaced wires, put in a new plug, put in a electrical sub panel. When he was done he not only repaired the wall, put stucco and an outstanding job but he painted it!! I was very impressed with his workmanship, integrity, he was very nice. When he arrived at my home I was skeptical because so many workers in my past did such a bad job but when Jesse was done I wanted to cry because I was so happy with the job he did! He helped me even with another situation. I couldn’t believed how great of a job he did!! He did an outstanding A + job and I would recommend him over many!! Last week, I was charged $399 for installation of a simple switch (no dimmer) and the wall plate. I learned later (on Google) that this is job in the range of $150-200. I contacted them and it doesn’t look like I’ll get a partial refund. Advice: shop around and don’t call this outfit.
