Best Electrical Inspection in Los Angeles CA

Pat was quick, crafty, and up front about our options. The visit was educational as well as functional – I'm far from an expert on the physics of power, and he helped me understand the limitations of our infrastructure in real terms.

I am long overdue writing this review. I have used this company for several years. It started when I needed to have two electrical panels replaced on a Santa Monica property that has a house and 3 one-bedroom apartment units in back. I interviewed 5 other companies at that time and felt the most confident hiring this company. They did an excellent job with the panel replacements. Since that time, I have had 3 bathroom exhaust fan installations done on the same property (the buildings were so old that the bathroom never had fans). The most recent installation was done in the house bathroom. It wasn't an easy installation because the house was built in 1930, has lath and plaster walls and ceilings with no access to the attic. They had to route the exhaust duct for the fan through the outside wall through the stucco. The house bath just had a light fixture in the ceiling, now it has a combination light/heater/exhaust fan. The job turned out quite well.

Electrician was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He completed the work quickly and efficiently. He was careful to minimize/eliminate need for patching. Highly recommended.

Jose and Julio came out and made recommendations regarding outdoor lighting which sounded reasonable. They completed the work in a couple of hours and cleaned up. All works perfectly. Very reasonable price. Great company and staff!

I was fortunate enough to find Michael with A Custom Electric. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Best of all, he has work ethic and actually cares. He also had the best pricing in town!! Powell Electric tried to charge $99 just to come out and look at the problem for example!

They charged me $499 to replace 3 GFCI outlets. You can buy a pack of 4 GFCI outlets at Home Depot for $49. So, their so call free service call with a membership fee is just a way to lock you in and jack up the price. You can easily get a free quote from many other electricians. I will advise to shop around before using this company. I called an electrician shop in Eagle Rock, but they sent an electrician from Montebello. It's not what I expected at all.

To add to his professional job, he has the quality to find the compromised point between the customer and the needed service by listening and showing duty personality.
