Stephen, was on time very professional and reassured that I was not crazy. My electrical issues was caused by a renovation that was done prior to my move in. Now I have the info to go to my landlord to get problem corrected. Of course I'll be have Powell Electric (Stephen) come back and fix the issues once I get approval.

The crew showed up on time to install our Tesla Home Charger. We went over the plan for the install and they very efficiently and with no fuss completed the install. We ended up needing a full panel upgrade/replacement. They gave us a fair price and did the work pretty quickly. There workers were great and answered any questions or concerns that we had. We had water leaking through a light fixture during a pretty heavy rain storm. Express sent out George who was very courteous and professional. He assessed the extent of the damage (thankfully minimal) and replaced the light fixture right there on the spot! While George was there, I happen to remember that we had a faulty outlet outside the house. George took a look at it and replaced the outlet and applied a waterproof seal on the cover. Problem solved! We were very impressed with the quality of service and will definitely use Express Electrical services again in the future.

When it comes to electrical expertise, Mehdi is outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and provides responses that I with minimal knowledge can understand. His recommendations for the design is with a cost efficient mindset. I completely appreciate that. Him quotes are extremely competitive and at the end of the day I selected him because of his customer service and price for my install of an electric vehicle charger in building’s garage. The process was seamless from scheduling a time to scope out my requirements on site, sending me an estimate via email for my review and approval, submitting the application for the required city permits, scheduling a time onsite to do the work (he brought in a crew of 4 and project took 1/2 day), meeting with the city inspector which was approved immediately, and invoicing with email receipt upon payment. In addition, Mehdi called me a week later to check on my satisfaction of the work performed. Thank you Mehdi and crew for your professionalism and great service.
