Doug was very professional and attentive. He was on time and was able to give us an estimate of everything we needed done in our house. He broke it down by areas which gave us the options to pick what we could do at that time. He was so pleasant and a joy to have in our home. He was amazing with our little dog, she's very nosey, and he let her snif around and do her thing with no problem, which put me at ease. Thank you Doug!!

Alex and his guys were fantastic. Highly communicative, on time, and friendly. They installed an EV car charging station in our garage and even stayed around while I set it up to make sure it worked. They were quick, transparent, and left the space perfectly clean. I’ve used a few electricians / services in LA and these guys were the most reliable and easy to work with. I’ll only be contacting them for future electrical projects moving forward.

I had an good experience with Bradley when quoting a drainage pipe problem I encountered. He was thorough and went out of his way in educating me of the problems I was encountering and potential causes for these issues. This highlights the value in what repairs need to do and also adds to that value by taking his time to educate me on the overall system and problems that we are solving. I am grateful for his expertise and experience because he was able to translate it to me as the customer and add value. Unfortunately the estimate for the work I needed was outside the scope of my budget but honestly my experience with Bradley encourages me to call back for any future needs.

Hubby requested a quote through Yelp on a Sunday to troubleshoot some ceiling fan and bathroom exhaust light w/fan issues. Steve contacted us right away. He came out the next morning (Monday) earlier than his quoted time! Steve is extremely helpful and nice, he took the time to explain things and didn’t over charge to resolve the ceiling fan wiring issue. We decided to have him do the installation of the bathroom light/fan, which he did the very same day and completed the project quickly and efficiently. Steve even cleaned up after he finished and gave us DIY advice on a recessed lighting issue. Overall a very positive experience and we will use Turn Electric again!

Jose and Julio came out and made recommendations regarding outdoor lighting which sounded reasonable. They completed the work in a couple of hours and cleaned up. All works perfectly. Very reasonable price. Great company and staff!
