May I suggest you incorporate a measure to verify address locations at the time you confirm the arrival time to avoid delays going to wrong address. Also advise the consumer of payment option changes prior to arrival. I was blindsided by the fact that the credit card swipe was inactive, and forced to pay by check because my Internet was not cooperative to transact via PayPal. I would call Daylight Electric again.

After turning off the main breaker to my home to install a Ring Doorbell, my main breaker would not turn back on. (note: my electrical panel is from when the home was originally built in the 1960s.The breaker itself is one of those “press-in” breakers and the spring inside of it must’ve failed.)

I gave Steve a phone call at around eight in the morning and he was at my house by 9 AM.

Steve quickly troubleshoot the problem and advise me the main-breaker needed to be replaced.

What was unique about Steve though was he recommended that I watch him troubleshoot the problem. This was distinctive compared to other electricians. He didn’t mind me hovering over his shoulders to watch him work. He welcomed it.

Anyway, Steve and I went to a local electricians shop in the neighborhood and found the correct part.

He replaced the breaker and by 10:30am my electricity was back on, preserving all the food in my refrigerator.

I will definitely be using Steve again for all my electrical needs.

I called Express and they were able to get me an appointment with a 2-hour window the next day. On the day of the service, about an hour before that scheduled window, a dispatcher called me to confirm the time as well as let me know the names of the 2 electricians, Carlos and Raul. I think it's great that Express sends a team of 2 people, as it's more likely that an issue can be fixed the first time rather than with only 1 person.Carlos and Raul were very great. They showed up on-time. They listened to my GFI issue (random tripping after a few minutes of appliance use as well as a coffee machine that wasn't staying on) and changed things according to my request (kept one outlet a GFI and the others hard-wired). They also explained the reasoning behind the changes as well as showing me the diagnostic measurements they were taking.
