The tech went to the breaker box, every room, attic and even on the roof! I felt it was fair. All my questions were answered.

I reached out to Turn Electric for a breaker which had shorted and had issues turning back on. Steve answered my call and was very nice. He was in the middle of another job, but came over once that was done. I was very lucky to have caught him in the middle of jobs, as we had already gone one day without electricity in one of our rooms.
