Electricians Los Angeles installed under-cabinet lighting in our kitchen, and it made a huge difference. They were skilled, efficient, and the work was top-notch.

I almost didn't leave a review because I am embarrassed. Hank came on time and was professional and courteous. We needed our thermostat replaced. The first thing he did was check the batteries. The dead batteries. Once the air was blowing cold again he changed our embarrassingly dirty filter. There was no charge for either of these services. As much as I would like to pretend the entire thing never happened - I can't let such respectful work go unremarked upon.

I am so grateful to everyone who recommended Power Up Electric. Franklin and his crew (Mario and Vladimir) spent three days updating our electrical systems and taking care of a huge list of random jobs. Our master bath didn't have an exhaust fan and was completely cut off from our household HVAC system, and was constantly steamed up and freezing in the winter. We had consulted many other electricians and our HVAC contractor to no avail, but Franklin had an immediate solution - a Panasonic exhaust fan with integrated heating unit. He also isolated the master bath on a unique circuit. He also noticed my ethernet cable snaking up the stairs and ran the cable inside the wall and two separate cables for our two home offices. All of the work was completed on time, they repaired all of the tiny openings they used and cleaned up after. Franklin is respectful, creative and kind, and treats the crew the same way he treated us. Franklin and Power Up are gems.

The technicians were curious and professional. However the company overcharged us by over $3,000.The company refuses to give our home insurance adjuster what they continually asked for. I spoke to a Christina who was more then rude and basically stated it was my problem. They wanted to charge me $17,000 to replace our circuit breaker that got damaged by a faulty light socket. Instead they acted like they did us a favor by charging us $9,000. We had to go through a financial company they use to get the work started. Express Electrical got paid the $9,000 they quoted and now I have to fight them to give my adjuster the simple information needed so I can get some of the work covered. Express continually refused to give the information needed that our adjuster based on the info they did provide informed us we were overcharged more then $3,000. How is that not right!! I will never recommend them not even to my worst enemy. They're thieves and take advantage of people. I'm going to continue to call them and soon going to get legal representation. All my adjuster needs is a break down of the work done to determine that in fact a faulty light socket caused our breakers to burn out. My home was in danger of causing a fire. I have 2 young children living in the home.I don't recommend then to anyone. Who overcharges a customer by $3000? That's just wrong. If I have to find the owner I will do so. Or if my attorney gets a court order for them to provide my adjuster with what he needs I can finally put this nightmare behind us.
