The technician (Darrell) arrived between the hours promised by the dispatcher. Darrell explained in detail the repairs he would be making and why prior to starting work on our A/C unit. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I would recommend him to anyone having problems with their A/C.

Great services my bath tub was clogged and they came in to fix my bathroom, amazing plumbing skills and the expertise to explain each step of the repair was on point, they never moved forward without authorization and the equipment for the repairs was very professional as well. $250 for 10 minutes work to unclog a toilet is a ridiculous amount of money. Extrapolating to an hourly charge is $1500. I would encourage anyone needing a plumber for this service to shop around and try to get a firm estimate before hiring a plumber. Needless to say, I won't be using this company ever again.
