Great experience with Grayzer Electric with regard to installing a car charger.

They were astronomically expensive, inexperienced, and when I got my final quote the electrician accidentally showed me me his laptop screen and it had a Zillow price estimate for me home. I can only assume they charge based off of your home value, which is gross. I would never recommend them.

Jaime Gonzales with Dial One Electrical Services came by the office to do electrical repair to our lights. Jaime Gonzales was professional, polite and knowledgeable. We had called other companies that did not show up or call. We will use Dial One Electrical Services in the future when we need something done. They arrived within the time frame they stated they would, did the work requested very well, answered questions politely, and generally went the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. I would hire Dunman Electric again.

I was really pleased with AC's work. I feel confident about them on quality, integrity and price. Took them a little time to get to us because they had a backlog but I would rather work with a friendly and honest outfit like AC then one of the big shops that just wants to squeeze every drop of blood out of you.

This morning I found myself in need of an electrician and gave Mister Sparky a call. They were the only company that was a viable to come out same day. The technician, Garett, was amazing. He was very informative and was able to diagnose and correct the issue quickly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of an electrician.

My parents needed some work done on their home, so we called and someone went out to complete the inspection and provide an estimate. We accepted and asked that permits be pulled to begin the work, 8 weeks later and no work has initiated. I have called numerous times to try to figure out the status of permits and only got one reply “yes and still working on it.” No other follow ups , no returned calls , didn’t even have the courtesy to say that the company was too overwhelmed with work to complete the job . Don’t expect professionalism and much less for something be done in a timely manner.

Irvin and Chris came out and to install a level 2 car charger in my garage. They were extremely professional and answered the numerous questions I had about the install. The work was done quickly, and properly. I highly recommend their work.

Tanner, Ryan, Joe, and DeOndre did a great job on our house. We made up for a lot of past cut corners and left things very nice and safe. At every step, Tanner was informative and honest about the costs entailed, and he kept to his quote. Everyone took time to do things in the least destructive way possible (cutting fewer holes), and they left everything very neat and tidy.

Be careful with this owner, Steven. Careful who goes inside your home.

I was recently called on the phone by someone in HR (unsolicited) for a position at Berg, who immediately asked me to tell her about myself and my qualifications. There was no rapport, barely an introduction... just a call out of the blue.Let's just say this phone call turned incredibly sour very, very quickly. I am actually looking for employment, but her attitude about my experience and salary requirements made it pretty clear that she is new to the industry and clueless beyond using a checklist made by someone else to determine fit. No wonder there are so many job openings at Berg at the moment.

OMG! These guys were great. They came promptly to give me a bid. It was super easy to get the job scheduled. They showed up on time and did their work with as little disruption to my home as possible. I would definitely use them again and will be sure to recommend them to anyone in need of an electrician!Update: Two years later after the above original post I had an electrical issue and had Morningstar come back. They were again amazing! I thought the issue was with the electrical connection. Morningstar took the time to figure out the machine was defective and not the electrical wiring. They spent all that time figuring out it was my machine not the electrical connection and did not charge me extra for their time. If you have an electrical need. Make sure you call Morningstar!

We had an electrical emergency and as a food truck that can literally destroy a weekend of service and be very costly. The service we got from ATX Electrical was beyond our expectations! They came out within the hour and got us repaired and back in business before service started, saving our day and a catering event, and our electrician even came back a few hours into our service just to make sure things were still on. 5 stars because they won’t let us give them more than that!

I called Cory to get a quote on a kitchen light replaced. Unfortunately, he was backed up, but was very professional and gave me the name of another electrician who could do a good job. Thank you for the recommendation!
