While they could not come out the day we called, they were there promptly the next morning and found the clog in the drain outside. They did a follow up at no extra charge to see if they could further discover the cause of the the backup after clearing it. The very thoughtful gentleman who came out took great care of us, and thoroughly explained everything before proceeding.
