Our AC needed repairs after our home was struck by lightning and Bobby came out and did an excellent job and in such a timely manner. Prompt friendly service. Ridiculously overpriced. $370.00 for the technician to sand a corroded thermocouple. I did not get an estimate of the cost before the service. I would have pid the 49.99 consultation fee and sanded it myself. He didn’t even have a new one to install so for that cost there is nothing new. Just about four minutes of sanding. I am looking for a dependent HVAC folks in Pflugerville hit me up.Thank you Robert for promptly reaching out and resolving this issue.
