Best Plumbing Service Call in Austin TX

The project was over a year ago and I still cannot pass inspection. They have stopped responding. The job site was very messy, and installers did not seem qualified to be working with electrical. I had to wire some of the installation for them (I moved to 2-stage cooling electrical which required running new control wires). The sales side was a great experience, but everything afterwards was far below expectations.

Genuinely one of the best things experiences Ive had. I own a food trailer and the pipes have been a mess since day one, which was from the company who built the trailer. What that company couldn’t do (after 5 failed attempts), Javier from 1st home and commercial did and even cleaned up the mess (which the trailer building company didn’t). I highly recommend them for any plumbing job, between knowledge, quality and craftsmanship!

Great services my bath tub was clogged and they came in to fix my bathroom, amazing plumbing skills and the expertise to explain each step of the repair was on point, they never moved forward without authorization and the equipment for the repairs was very professional as well. Quick install, so quick I almost got whiplash. Installers were respectful of property, and cleaned up debris, and took everything with them. Overall company communication is lacking, quick to take money, slow on refunds, no itemized invoice provided, so I have no idea what the cost of items vs labor was.Overall the positive out weighs the negatives, and I would use them again.
