I absolutely loved Omid and the technician who came out with him. Both were very professional in telling us the bigger problem and how we could fix and maintain it for now until we are ready to do a total overhaul of old pipes. We will be using Abacus in the future and hope that Omid can continue to service our area!

Two Rheem hot water heaters installed by Fox have each lasted only 4 years before needing to be replaced. While the water heaters are under warranty, the cost of labor is not included. Replacing hot water heaters that should have significantly longer life spans gets costly and is extremely inconvenient. Being without any hot water for nearly a week is not acceptable.

They are always a great option when it comes to take care of your house. If I see any type of damage in my plumbing or air conditioner I always call Turbo. They have a great maintenance plan and take care of everything.

The reviews on here are accurate - they don’t show up for appts. Had an appt scheduled between 9am - 1pm. They were supposed to call 45 minutes before showing. No one called. No one showed up. Wasted a whole day waiting for nothing. Extremely frustrating when you’re an already busy person. My time could have been spent finding a company that will honor their commitments.
