Trutec was extremely responsive both times I had to call when I had trouble with a circuit in my house. They were able to come out on very short notice both times and resolve the issues I had quickly.The Technician who came out to my house (both times), Bon, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and provided very good advice on how to avoid future problems.

They were very reasonably priced, were able to come out and install my ceiling fan the same day. They were very fast and didn’t leave a big mess. I plan on using them to replace a few more of my fans and I’m sure they’re great for any electrical need. Definitely A+ service!

Mike and his crew installed an RV plug in our garage to allow us to charge a Nissan Leaf using an aftermarket charger. It did take some time to get some answers to my questions and find a good time for the installation. The work is solid and I would call Mike again for future electrical work.

My tech, Drew Ross, was very professional and personable. He explained what he diagnosed as the problem and explained my options. Best and worst case scenarios. Replaced my shut off valve to dishwasher (best case) and informed me of 12 month warranty. Will definitely call 1st Home for future repairs.

We recently had work done by Avery Electrical Services. First, let me tell you that I reached out to 5 different companies and no one got back to me even weeks later. We asked for recommendations for an electrician in our neighborhood Facebook group and somebody recommended Travis Avery. I called Travis and left a voicemail about what I wanted to be done.1. Install several electrical outlets on our back deck as well as an outlet for our pool pump.2. Troubleshoot 2 faulty breakers in the houseTravis returned my call within that hour and said he could swing by the house to give me an estimate. Travis showed up on time and took his time to understand what we were asking. He even recommended adding an extra outlet for my pellet grill as it would not be that much more since they were already going to be pulling cable. After we decided everything, we wanted in our project Travis said he would send me over a quote and we will go from there. He texted me later on in the day to let me know that I should have received the quote. We reviewed the quote and paid half for the project upfront. He later contacted me asking if a certain day would work for me. I agreed to that day and he sent out Alex and Paul. They worked a good part of the day on our project and finished everything in the backyard. Everything looked great and it feels and looks so much better now that we don’t have a billion extension cords all over the place powering our devices. They weren’t able to get to the faulty breakers but Travis assured me that they would be back the next morning to look at them. The next morning Alex and Paul came back and went above and beyond troubleshooting this issue. They were able to figure out the issue now my breaker does not trip when I power up my devices (Computer and a few lights).I would like to point out the customer service when it comes to Travis and his guys. We’ve recently done a lot of renovations to our house and worked with a lot of different vendors. The one thing I found is good customer service and communication are extremely hard to find. I worked with vendors that I felt were flat-out ignoring me and didn’t care about my project. Travis is one of the best in communications that I found. He is extremely responsive and he and his crew and very nice and easy to talk to. They always explained things so I could understand them and would answer all the questions that I had for them.If you are looking for an electrician and a great vendor/contractor, you need to give Travis a call. It was a pleasure working with Avery Electrical Services. When I need more electrical services, I will be reaching out to him without a doubt.Sean
