I had an outlet spark and trigger power outage due to aluminum wiring in my 1975 home. Joe and Nick were so helpful and informative, very prompt and professional. I would highly recommend Bryant!!

We hired Lykos to replace the electric panels on our house after getting quotes with several other electricians in-town. We were very pleased with their promptness, professionalism, and the quality of their work, which far exceeded our expectations. On two occasions our house threw then some curve-balls and they were able to adapt quickly. They were also affordable and worked efficiently to minimize the time we were without power. We were thrilled with our experience and would happily refer them to friends and family!

All the techs they have sent me have been knowledgeable and took the time to do the job right. Glad I found them.

After our Air Handler failed we contacted our home warranty company and got the price for them to fix it.. Since the unit was underpowered and with the upcoming freon conversion we opted to see what newer more efficient systems would run. After several big name Austin companies either failed to follow up on initial leads or came out and gave outrageous bids or failed to follow up on bids, I found FOX Service through searching for the brand units we wanted to install on our house.Brenden came out the next morning to review our options and after speaking with him and gaining an amazing understanding our how the newer systems stack up to the older systems and the benefits of both I was convinced that he wasn't there trying to sell something he was there to make sure we got what we needed. We opted to replace the air handler and I let Brenden know we would be getting through several projects this summer and then upgrading the entire home to the new mini split system in the fall. We going to to have the home warranty folks do the air handler replacement and planned to have FOX do the upgrade later. Brenden asked if they could have a shot at the air handler portion of the estimate and matched what we would be spending with the warranty company and actually put in a much better unit. The install date was set and I realized that I had a meeting I could not miss, FOX was flexible and got their guys out a day earlier to complete the install. When Luis and Bryant arrived they were super professional. Our home has 120 year old woodwork and they tarped everything down to make sure they did not ding up our vintage trim work and walls. They got the install done faster than they estimated and even though they needed a tad more freon after getting everything done they didn't just leave it and hope we didn't have issues they let me know about the shortage and Luke came out the next day to finish up the system install. NO upcharge for that! Just great service. Now the Systems is blowing COLD again and we are happy that we found FOX.They have earned our business in the AC World and we have three more projects coming up that Brenden has already provided input on!They deserve a 6th star. In a market where home improvement companies fail to follow up or provide logical estimates and reasonable timelines Fox is a step ahead of their competition. I wish they offered more services.

6 months ago the air conditioning in my room broke down, I did not give it much importance since the weather was perfect in my opinion, but due to the increase in heat I felt in hell, I contacted this company to schedule an appointment and they were really effective, they worked fast and have super friendly specialists, they repaired my air conditioning without any complaints, the technician told me that there were problems in the soldering that generated a short circuit and that is why it did not turn on, the technician did an exhaustive cleaning and put new tin on the electrical connections, I was surprised by his handling of the tools, I loved his work.

APC was recommended for remodeling electrical work when we moved to Austin in 2010. Since then, APC has serviced our AC/ heating unit annually at our home and also a rental home. They have done a number of electrical upgrades and fixed any problems we've had over the past 7 years. All work has been promptly scheduled, priced reasonably, and no work has ever required an additional visit. I highly recommend them.

Contrary to their being available for quick service, we have been waiting a week for a plumber to show up. They cancelled the first appointment and had us wait an additional six days. We know there is a shortage of plumbers, but we wonder what would have happened if we had a serious leak. If you need timely service, I suggest you look elsewhere.
