Duhon came at scheduled time, and quickly diagnosed and resolved my electrical problem as a faulty (GFCI) circuit breaker. Replaced, and I'm underway.Prompt and effective service, recommended!

I hate giving negative reviews.This is for work done in 2009. His technicians took a $100 Surefire flashlight, stuck gum on top a brand new ceiling fan, and didn't follow their own workscope for installing copalum wire nuts. I only found the gum because the fan ended up FALLING DOWN off the ceiling after they did their work and that is when I saw the gum stuck on one of the blades (I had originally installed the fan a couple weeks earlier). In 2012 we had a electrical short with a flash in a receptacle that was supposed to have had the copalum wire nuts and SURPRISE, no copalum wire nuts. This was not a receptacle that was hidden behind furniture or had difficult access. It was clearly visible, and unobscured on a bathroom wall.Mr. Dunman is a stand-up guy and gave us a discount on the work and paid for the flashlight in 2009. I did not have them fix their mess in 2012 because I had no confidence in their work. I just feel bad that he is stuck dealing with such a poor labor pool, I suppose he may need better screening methods to weed out the derelicts, but all small businesses run this risk.

I refuse to use a company when the secretary is rude and dismissive. There are so many great businesses out there. How can you trust one with a rude secretary? It must be run poorly. Fire that lady please.

Bryant Electric Service is awesome! Brooke is wonderful with customer service, scheduling and details! Nick Sista came out, assessed the project, offered his advice and had the estimate on site within a few minutes! I was on the schedule in less than a week and then we quickly passed permits and were finished up within a half day! I highly recommend Bryant Electric Service! They are so much better than other local competitors.

This company is awesome with their customer service and they are extremely knowledgeable and professionally courteous for their customers. I had a small job that was needed and they didn’t hesitate to take care of it ahead of our major project that is upcoming on our schedule. Irvin and Chris are the best! Electric Connection Services is my go-to electrician. They are incredibly responsive, professional and efficient. I recently had an emergency electrical issue on a weekend and they fixed it with hours. I will only use them from now on.

They did an amazing job installing a chandelier, ceiling fan, and light fixture. Plus, they gave my dog plenty of pets. :) I would definitely recommend and hire them for any future installations I need done!

I called for a breaker that wasn’t working, they sent someone out that day. They identified the problem and ordered the breaker they needed. No charge at that time and they came back in a couple of days to reinstall on time as planned. In addition to replacing the breaker, they gave details on the problem and tightened all the screws and checked the wires in my electrical box. They have also done work for some neighbors and my brother all have had great experiences with them. Highly recommend!!

I got a prompt response to my quote request via Yelp Messenger (on a Sunday evening!) and although there is a massive heatwave going on in Austin, they were able to find time to take care of me the following day. There are several things in life that should not be overlooked in quality, especially when it comes to your home. For me, Electrical is one of those items. The team at Pritchard Electric took their time to ensure the several electrical jobs I wanted to be completed for my home were done safely and effectively. They all had positive attitudes when on the job, and cleaned up their working area when the job was finished. During the projects, there was an unavoidable scheduling conflict that they worked to remedy by rescheduling and prioritizing the job completion. The team was communicative, courteous, and punctual. I'll absolutely be doing business with them again in the future.
