I used Bryant for a large remodel i was performing on my home in Austin. I work for a construction company and we have used Bryant on many jobs previously. I was just informed this morning that they would not longer be obligating their contract as they have mismanaged (their words) the project and were no longer making money. I have a half finished home, no electrical service, and no options other than to hire a new electrical contractor. I would not use them as their new management does not honor their obligations or try to offer solutions other than quit.

Jeremy was very knowledgeable in what was happening, very good at explaining to me what he was going to do and why. Called ARS because our Remi Halo was not working. (Installed approx 3 yrs ago along with a.heat pump) Renee did a great job coordinating and sending out her top service/warranty guy Scott P. He was excellent. He looked at the unit and the heat pump that was also installed by ARS. He found other issues we had not even detected and he fixed them all. He put quality above simply getting a quick fix done and leaving.We had previously had a few other issues with the heat pump over the last few years and the techs sent out were quick to fix the immediate problem but didn’t look at the system as a whole as Scott did. We had become frustrated with ARS and had lost faith in their techs abilities. However now that Scott has come and done a thorough job we feel we have finally received quality service. Hands down Scott has built trust back with is care and attention to detail and we are completely satisfied with the work he has done. Thank you Scott!
