Best Ground System in Austin TX
I used to be a fan of Grayzer Electric and I have no complaints at all with their electricians. My complaint is with the owner and his wife who runs the office.I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars with this company over the years at several homes and my last home and Lago Vista I had problems with eight $25 electric timer which I asked the owner to please replace and I would provide the new timer at my cost which he refused to do. If you can’t take care of a customer who is spent thousands of dollars and been a loyal customer for years then I don’t have any use for your business.

Omg. These guys are simply amazing! Tom, the tech that came by to do work for us, was beyond amazing. He showed up at 9 and worked straight through till 6 PM pointing out several issues that were both electrical and other items to note about the new home we purchased. Recognizing I was new to the area he gave me phone numbers that would help me with problems that I have as well as gave me great suggestions that would save me both time and money. I expect somebody to just come in and blow through the 405 items I needed to be done. Tom did much more. He absolutely cared about the work you did and we found something wrong he would take care of it even though wedding on my list to be done I expected somebody to just come in and blow through the 4-5 items that needed to be done. Tom did much more. He absolutely cared about the work he did and when he found something wrong he would take care of it even though it wasn't even on my list to be done. As an example, he reprogrammed my fan so the remote control would work. Who does that?? I can’t say enough about Dial One as an organization and Tom as a technician! Highly recommend these guys!!

Called Dunman, late in the day without expectation that they would be able to service until the next day. Becky went out of her way to get a tech to my home to repair an a/c breaker that failed around 1PM, b/c my thermostat sent me a error text, which meant the house was hovering around 88-90 degrees by 4PM. Cody arrived was friendly and explained the issue; made quick work of fixing the problem. Price was reasonable, could I have fixed for less myself ...maybe, but not for less than a hotel stay with A/C, and the hassle of youtubing the install and the replacement part.

I've been working with Capital City Electric for the past couple of months. The power to my house was turned off about a month ago and it hasn't been turned back on. I have not had power in my house (my primary residence) for over a month. Our phone calls typically go to voicemail and texts are ignored. Inspections have failed multiple times.Update: I was without power for two months during the summer waiting on Capital City Electric's work to be completed.I am unfortunately still working with them on finishing my project 7 months later. They come and endlessly work on the same things with no progress, making more work for themselves and preventing my project from moving forward. I am disheartened by their work, lack of professionalism and poor communication.

This company is great! I've used this company multiple times and they always do an excellent job. They are very professional, prompt, and friendly. The work is done efficiently, safely, and well. It's hard to find contractors that will offer such great quality service at a reasonable price. Thumbs up!

Tanner, Ryan, Joe, and DeOndre did a great job on our house. We made up for a lot of past cut corners and left things very nice and safe. At every step, Tanner was informative and honest about the costs entailed, and he kept to his quote. Everyone took time to do things in the least destructive way possible (cutting fewer holes), and they left everything very neat and tidy.

Steven was fantastic. He responded quickly to my request and made it very easy to schedule a time for him to come out and provide a free estimate. We were wanting an additional outlet put in our garage, and he was able to do it that same day. Quick and easy.

We lost power to most of our house, including the refrigerator and AC, around 10 o’clock on a Saturday night. It was 85 degrees then and predicted to exceed 100 the next day. Needless to say, I started looking for electricians early Sunday morning. Most electricians in Austin are closed on Sundays, and several of them that advertise 24/7 emergency service were either unavailable to come until Monday or Tuesday or simply never called back. Then I called Shipley Electric which had good reviews on Yelp. The owner, Bert Shipley, returned my call within 10 minutes and came out himself even though it was a Sunday. He quickly found the source of the problem; found a replacement circuit breaker that would fit into our 40+ year-old electrical panel (the original manufacturer had gone out of business); and then made arrangements to pick up the part from the owner of an electrical supply house that is closed on weekends. He had everything back to normal within about an hour and a half. We didn’t lose any of the food in our fridge/freezer thanks to him. He was very professional and courteous and did not recommend making unnecessary repairs, such as replacing the entire electrical panel. We highly recommend him.

He has repaired 2 jobs from previous so called electricians by going through the City of Austin's most stringent inspection process. His attention to detail is what makes him succeed in his line of work and attention to detail is what you need as a Electrician. If you watch him as you explain your scope of work to him, you can see him putting together the plan of action as you speek and thinking through the process before he takes actions. He is a great planner which is what I think you need when it comes to electricity.
