This is a great company. They were quick to respond to emails and super polite and eager to work with me. The technician was awesome and cleaned up everything. I will definitely use them again.

Klock’s came the same day to replace some faulty breakers and saved us a ton of money by connecting us with a supply company that exchanged the faulty breakers for new ones at no cost due to their arrangement with the manufacturer. They also sent someone to come out promptly in the evening after they had closed when we realized the breaker tied to our fridge wasn’t set up correctly. Our last electrician wasn’t able to come for a few weeks out and would have charged us $70 each for 16 breakers. Klock’s will be our go to electrician from now on!

We used Dan and team on both our residence and investment properties and they were nothing but professional. Can't recommend their team enough.

We had technician Sean Cavanagh come out for a scheduled service call to our house. We had no cooling AC. He was on time, professional, courteous and was able to diagnose our AC issues within the first 30 minutes of being onsite. Overall, great experience, cost was within our budget and Sean even called the office to get us a promo discount to be applied, which was imo an above and beyond approach to customer service. Will refer to friends and family, they have my business for the future as well!

Short story - fraudulent and unprofessional.Long story - Genesis electrical did not finish the work they agreed to finish. They demanded payment in full prior to final inspection (we paid 60% after rough inspection). When the job was agreed upon there was no discussion of payment in full prior to final inspection. Further, there was nothing in the estimate regarding paying them in full prior to final inspection. During our argument with them about this, they sent us an altered estimate in which they changed the original estimate to say the the final payment was due prior to final inspection. Hilariously stupid to think we had not saved the original estimate. I am no lawyer, but this probably qualifies as fraud. I will be contacting the attorney general if we have any more problems with this company. I don't care if it cost us 10,000 in legal fees, if we have ANY more problems from this company. I WILL CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND GO AFTER THEIR LICENSE. That is how bad it went. We had to find another electrician who would be willing to put their name on the permit. This was a difficult task, because master electricians are reluctant (as they should be) to put their name on someone else's work. Finally, their work did not pass final inspection. Not surprising, considering they so badly wanted to be paid BEFORE final inspection. So we had to pay to get that work fixed.

I was very pleased with the work of FSP electric. They were on-time, courteous, professional, and even fixed a light switch that they had not installed that had been installed improperly. They did a great job!

Crazy aggressive driver on the interstate.
Cutting people off, aggressive lane changing, blocking people regardless of the lane they are in to not get ahead, bad tailgating at high rates of speed.
I would never use a company that hires such employees.

We used Total Home Tech. to upgrade our WiFi system and add to our in home system. I was very impressed with their ability to problem solve and the competitive pricing on the products. We had an old landscape lighting system that constantly malfunctioned and they figured out how to add it to Apple Home link so that we could program it's operation. They stay up to date with current technology and are very respectful of interiors.

Please avoid using this company as the person who schedules ( Mindy) their work is The most unprofessional person ever! She just cost me 4 hours of pay doing exactly what she wanted and not what the customer told her she could do. Appointment was set for 9 rescheduled for 12 then she told the tech the appointment was at 2. UPDATE-BACK STORY. Mindy tried to schedule an appointment set by the previous owners of my home the same day and was mad that I could not comply with an appointment that i was just finding out about that day. I do work and can not just get off for something that was NOT scheduled through me. I asked her to set up an appointment for a week and for it to be in the morning due to my work schedule. We did this and then she tried to move the date and time. I explained that I already had scheduled time off and could not move it. She then asked to move it to 2 not 9. I said no it needs to be in the morning due to my work schedule. I then asked the previous owners to schedule it because she was difficult to work with. I have emails that show 12 today as the time. Not last week or the week before. Then after I chose to give this review she called me to yell at me for the giving her a bad review. And this is the owner none the less. I’m just glad I didn't pay for their service as she was so unprofessional. On the bright side, Austin their Tech was awesome and super friendly. Maybe the owner should take notes.

Cory responded quickly. He was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my problem quickly. I really appreciate his help. I will definitely keep his number in my phone for future electrical needs.
