These guys have done several electrical projects for us and we can not say enough good things about them! Show up on time; do a great job; reasonable prices. That's a breath of fresh air these days!!!!

Terrific experience with Malco Electric. Andrew and Joaquin were prompt, friendly, and professional. They explained the job clearly and even helped me think through a potential future project we're considering. Scheduling with Sherry was easy and I got a reminder call two days in advance. I sent quote requests to 5 different electrical company at the same time on yesterday afternoon (Sunday) and Jonathan was the first one responded me (within 10 mins). After answering a few questions from him, he gave me a very competitive quote and I made an installation appointment with him immediately (Monday 9 am). Today he arrived on time even though the weather was terrible and completed the installation quickly (around 1 hour). After the installation, he patiently adjusted the height of each globe of the chandelier and asked for our feedback. I enjoyed the entire experience and will highly recommend him.

ABACUS performed a warranty call to repair an exterior shutoff valve water leak. This property side shutoff valve had been replaced by ABACUS in February 2022. Using the City of Lakeway LMUD WaterSmart Portal, I was able to determine there was a water leak that started several months after the installation. ABACUS quickly responded to my call for repair. It was a cold and rainy day. ABACUS Technician Teddy Linnell replaced the shutoff valve on our property side where the city water line comes in. ABACCUS Tech Teddy Linnell did an excellent job on the repair. Teddy is very competent and personable. Thank you.

I was looking forward for the full house electrical wiring of my new building but was confused who will be best for that then got them...now happy...:)

Global Electric is now my go to company for whatever work I need done. I ended up with a lot of water and electrical damage last February 2021, during the big freeze. It has taken a long time to get all the water damage repaired. But when it came to the electrical Global did a great job. They were on time and reasonable priced. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was an employee for all of 12 days i was hired to be a warehouse manager, i was interviewed 2 times the 2nd interview was two and a half hours long with a senior VP. at which time i told them i had virtually no computer experience.They said we pride ourselves on training !!!!!!So when they made me a offer of employment i accepted.The man that was to train me was the warehouse manager who was being moved to a feild position anyway the first 6 days he had me work on the prefab crew and said he would show me the computer part of the job when my computer came in. On the 7th day around 1 a supervisor pulled me aside and said THAT I WASNT PROGRESSING FAST ENOUGH AND MOVED ME TO A JOB SITE WHERE I WAS HARRASSED UNTIL I QUIT

L&R came through in a time of emergency for us. We had a mishap with our landscaping company and they cut ours and our neighbors power lines. Austin Energy had our power back in a short time but our neighbors had damage to the meter. We were in a scramble and had been given L&R as a reccomendation. After an early morning phone call they came out the same day and got to work. Not only did they fix the meter and get the power to the point of AE hooking it back up they did the job very quickly. AE came soon after and reconnected the power and we are happy to say they had no issues with the work performed. L&R even gave us a call that evening to make sure everything went smoothly, that kind of customer service is hard to find. We not only recommend this company but also will be using them in the future for any repairs or upgrades to our electrical. Thank you all at L&R so much for your help and especially for showing that you care and have your customers' best interest at heart.

Fantastic quality and service! Had Brandon and team do a major job for me. On time everyday, worked a fast pace. Amazing amount of work accomplished every time I checked in. Brighthouse Electric ROCKS! I needed some can lighting done in my kitchen. However, I didn’t know any other details that I needed to provide,( except that I wanted this work completed.) They took complete care of me and even worked with my schedule. I asked off work for the day they were scheduled to come, but my job needed me last minute. I called Mendy, the owner, and she was quick to reschedule me to my next day off. She was kind and worked around my schedule. Austin was the tech that came to my house and he was as polite as can be. Brighthouse Electric is very precise, friendly, and has clean work! Thank you Brighthouse team! :)

So far a great company to work for.

I called IES to install a whole house surge protector and was quoted $450. We scheduled at that time because its a new house and others in the area were having issues with power surges. My mistake, I should have called around. They came out and did the work. Only afterwards did I find out how much I was ripped off. The surge protector they installed is an $88 product which means their standard trip fee (their words, not mine) was $362. I then called a few other places around to find out what their charge would be for the same item and was quoted between $200 and $300. When I mentioned to one place what I paid their response was holy sh1t you got ripped off. I contacted IES and was told them would look into this exorbitant charge. Their response was We only charged you what we paid for the surge protector plus our standard trip fee.. I feel completely taken and will NEVER use them again. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!
