Best Electrical Issues in Austin TX

They were able to schedule me quickly for a home remodel job. Placed a total of 7 recessed can lights with dimmer switches. Max was awesome; very friendly and courteous and always giving suggestions and tips on how to do the job better. He stayed late on a Friday to complete the job and made sure everything worked perfectly and the job site was completely clean. Prices on par or better than other places. I will be using them again and asking for Max in the near future for my next round of recessed lights and other small electrical jobs.

I'm very happy with my remodeled bathroom lighting. The Service Manager was energetic and explanatory, and had a focus on safety. We have a mid-20th century house, and I wanted to keep my original fixture and improve the safety of the bathroom electricity. He was creative (and even enthusiastic) in how to make this happen--he honored my desire to not replace the original fixture with a new one. In giving an estimate for a future project, his explanation was thorough, practical, and safety-driven. We'll be back to this company.

Diagnosed and fixed my issue fast!

Jonadan the owner did my electrical work this morning. He was early to the work assignment, did an excellent job on trenching, running low voltage wire and installing 4 spot lights for a HOA entrance sign. Worked quickly to complete the job. Excellent communication throughtout the process. He had the lowest bid among the 4 finalist. I am having him doing another job when he has the time. al

I too had a bad experience with this company. I set an appointment with them for 8:00AM this morning. I specifically held off until this spot was available so that I could go to work late in order to meet the electrician. After no arrival or call, I called the Bryant at 8:30. The person that answered said that they had a safety meeting and then the electrician had to stop by the supply house. When I asked why they didn't call she replied that they would be leaving soon. Not sure why Bryant believes that they do not need to arrive on time like the rest of us. I understand that things happen, but a call is good business and common courtesy. When I told her I couldn't wait and would find someone else she was short and obviously frustrated that I would not hang around waiting for them to arrive. I now need to find another electrician, set an appointment and go through this drill again. Very disappointing!

Our experience with Electric Connection Services was great! Steven responded quickly to our request for quotes and all of our messages. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the job at our home was completed within a week as well. We’ll definitely be using them for other electrical jobs in the future!

I can't say enough about this company. Joshua showed up on time and ready to work with a masks on and I was so appreciated to see that because my family was home. He install two chandeliers and a ceiling fan within a couple hours. I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends and using them again for more projects.

Gilberto and Mason were great to work with! Very professional and probably saved our house from burning down. They did a simple GFCI installation today, but we're already planning on having them out for our next electrical project so that we can better charge our electric vehicles. Definitely recommend!

We have had Efficient Air Conditioning perform work for us several times over the past couple years; to include the replacement of one entire system and emergency services performed on another. They provided very competitive pricing and timely scheduling for both the unit replacement and repair service; showing up at the scheduled time and performing the service as requested. I had a great experience with these folks. Highly recommend. I called in the morning after we found a burst water line out in the front yard. The lady who answered the phone initially said they were booked for the day, but when she heard about the problem she and the team shuffled appointments around to help me out. Two guys were here in just a few hours - Dominic and Mark - and they were total pros and friendly as well. They had it fixed by early afternoon along with some great tips and explanations about what went wrong. This company will now permanently be on my speed dial. Thank you!
