I've requested an AC diagnostic via Home Depot, and this company called me. They scheduled an appointment for an on-site diagnostics between 12-4. I have received a call saying that they are going to be running late a little, and I said that would be fine. After a while, I received another call saying that they won't be able to make it, and if I would be fine with rescheduling for another day. Things happen, so I asked them to reschedule it for the next day, so they scheduled it for Saturday between 12-2.Saturday comes by, and instead of taking care of other business, we've waited at home, because we've had an appointment with them. I did not receive any calls from them saying that they are on their way, etc. , so I decided to give them a call around 2PM to see if they are running late again, and it went to their voicemail. And nobody showed up that day.I don't know if there is a communication problem between their main office in Houston and their local offices, but if you set up an appointment with them, I'd take it with a grain of salt.
