I needed a 240 v and a couple of extra outlets installed in my garage. I anticipated several hours of work, but they were done in about an hour. Quick, clean, professional and efficient.

It was such a pleasure having Dunman Electric come into my place to replace all the switches and plugs, install new plugs for the garage door openers, and install new, updated outdoor lighting. The house I live in was built before the Code changed to require GFCI plugs in kitchen and bathrooms, and they knew exactly what to do to fix that, too. They also added a bathroom ventilation fan and now my bathroom no longer steams up during showers!Unlike others I'd called, Dunman Electric was responsive to my phone calls. They arrived on time for our appointment, were professional, affordable, and answered all my questions.I love their work and especially love the new USB and C charging plugs!What a difference Dunman Electric made to help me feel safer in my house! They worked hard fixing an awkward problem (a dining room chandelier had pulled out of an 18 foot ceiling!)and went the extra mile making sure things were done well and to our satisfaction. Scheduled an appointment to get an estimate from Mike to run the electrical for my hot tub.Mike came out to my house and gathered all of the information he needed. He said he'd follow up with me in a few days with an estimat .Never heard back from Mike even after several follow up calls and emails.

Our lights have been acting weird flashing on and off. A electrician from Austin Energy said there was corrosion in our meter can. Today Ray came out and waited for another Austin Energy to shot off the power so Ray of Bowne could replace the bad parts. He is now waiting for the power to be restore. We are delighted with how Bowne responded so quickly and for the excellent work they continue to do for us.

My parents needed some work done on their home, so we called and someone went out to complete the inspection and provide an estimate. We accepted and asked that permits be pulled to begin the work, 8 weeks later and no work has initiated. I have called numerous times to try to figure out the status of permits and only got one reply “yes and still working on it.” No other follow ups , no returned calls , didn’t even have the courtesy to say that the company was too overwhelmed with work to complete the job . Don’t expect professionalism and much less for something be done in a timely manner.
