Abacus was great, they handled a full replacement of 3 separate heating and A/C systems in my home. Daniel, who advised us on the replacement options after he inspected our old system, was also involved in the installation, and is just fantastic, he is extremely professional and conscientious, and a great communicator. I’ve never had someone explain systems and various options in that level of detail so clearly and patiently. Joe managed the team behind the install behind the scenes but came by multiple times to be sure everything was on track and he was just great. I especially appreciated the final tuning, air flow analysis, and walk through of the systems both Daniel and Joe gave us after everything was installed. The service options and long warranty are great as well.

I called these guys out the other day when my water heater went out and Ricky came to check it out not only was he able to get the same brand he was also able to install it that same day super professional he layed floor covers and was very careful highly recommend. As he was in the attic he also noticed my AC system was over 20 years old and was sweating from all the torn duct that was up there, what I really liked was that he showed me exactly where it was leaking from. They came out the next day and knock it out in a couple of hours I really appreciate their services and will definitely be calling them anytime I need them.

3 out of last 4 appointments were either completely missed, incorrect time, incorrect date... When I called to confirm my final appointment, due to previous scheduling errors on their part- the dispatcher laughed at me. Even with the self-assured chuckle, they couldn't get that appointment right either. Remarkable.Asked 5 employees to have a manager call me- no call.Can't forget the best part: When scheduling my consultation for a new furnace, I was asked, Do you need anyone else there to make the decision?. My response: Like my husband? No thanks.
