Frank and Alan came out to install a new 220v outlet for a new free standing oven/range I had recently purchased. They were friendly and efficient in doing the job. During the process of purchasing our home, we discovered that the house we wanted had cloth wiring and ungrounded power throughout. This was a huge set back. As of now, home owners insurance companies will not insure homes with cloth wiring. We were nervous this would hold up our closing process.

Luckily, I was given Mansfield’s info by a coworker. They came out the next day for an assessment.

The following week, Mansfield started the project of switching my cloth wiring out and grounding my outlets. They were able to go through my attic to replace the wiring instead of cutting through the walls.
They even added 15 new outlets in and outside our home, as well as adding a flood light. The project took about a week. During this process, Mansfield was timely, kept me informed, and even cleaned up after themselves after everyday.

Mansfield was able to complete the project before we even closed on the home. I’m so incredibly with their quality of service! Their work was the reason why we were able to purchase our home and obtain home owners insurance. Everything works perfectly!
