Thompson Electric are true professionals. As a landlord, they worked directly with my tenant to get the job done, even when there was a setback and the job had to be rescheduled. They left me with no worries and more time to take care of other matters. They kept communication open, either by phone, text or email; not as antiquated as some other companies that still only have fax. Crawford’s is top notch! I was in quite a pinch over a weekend and they were on it! They were very kind, super responsive and accommodating. I am so thankful to them. The tech, Irwin, was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing in clear terms that I could understand. When he found an issue with my system, he immediately consulted with me. The man who answered the phone said they are only servicing existing customers, so if you are a new customer don't waste your time calling.
