These people are awful! They require a 4 hour wait window. When I called 2 hours into it, they rudely told me they would call me when they were on their way. The person got there 15 minutes after the 4 hour window given. Was there 45 minutes, took down 4 light fixtures, found the problem to be an OUTLET, and we gave them the part to use to replace it. They did the work without quoting the price and they charged me $198. The tech said he would email the receipt, which he never did. I called back soon after he left to verify what the $198 covered because my fiancé (who was the one home) did not know if they did or did not charge their service fee of $95, the receptionist (Kylie is her name) was once again rude. Told me she would have to wait for the tech to come in and that she would call me the next day, which she never did. I had to take more of my time to call them again to ask for a copy of the receipt and was told that Mr. Thompson would call me back. Keep in mind I work so when he called back I could not take the call. I returned the call only to be told that there wasn't anything they could do, and he didn't think there was anything he could do to make me happy. He was condescending, rude and totally dismissive of any of my concerns about the way I was treated as a customer. He actually told me that he thinks arriving 15 minutes late should not have been an issue for me and that I have unrealistic expectations if I thought that was unacceptable. Really, Fred? Everyone has a choice in life and I will certainly not choose to do business with these awful people again. I would keep looking if you are considering using these people.

My husband had them come out for an estimate over two weeks ago, which they did. They said they’d follow up and provide the estimate. Nothing. We followed up and no response. We decided to take our business elsewhere.

My name is Marion, my appliances did not work for 12 days. No one could fix the problem. The first electrician said, it's a coincidence that all my appliances broke at the same time. Including my air conditioner and pool pump. The second said, he cleaned the breaker, and now it's working. No! It was burning HOT ! The only perfesionals, who knew immediately what the problem was, and worked to fix it right away, was Kwick Lights! They are awesome, and are the only kind men I will call from now on! I needed someone from Donovan to look at the pipe leading to my condensate drain because it was leaking. I accidentally stepped on it. They called to say they could come earlier than anticipated, Jared was very professional and kind. He fixed the problem quickly and was very informative about my situation. The Dalie company is by far the best I’ve had to do my electrical work. Over this year they’ve done everything from hanging a fan to creating a 240 outlet for charging my car. They’re always thorough and professional. They’re on my very short list for all my electric related stuff.

The best electrical testing company. Can pull your business out of a pickle. Power failure, maintenance service, including switch gear, breakers, panels and ground testing. This is just a ideal of what they do plus i.r scan.

Ms. Tammy is awesome. Had them come out to get an estimate for some work that is needed. Treated me with respect, they were very knowledgeable, prompt, and were able to answer all my questions. Will be having them to perform the work as soon as possible.

Electrician came out to look at a pool breaker that kept tripping. He did NOTHING for the first 30 minutes, while he watched the pool run, waiting for the breaker to trip. After 2 hours (most of which was on the phone with his supervisor), he determined I needed a MAJOR repair, which he could not give me an estimate for, then tried to bill me for 2.5 hours. I had another electrician come out to look at the problem and it was fixed within 20 minutes.

I can't speak the the work, but the unprofessional nature was horrific. He was scheduled to come restore power on Wednesday, he reschedule late night Tuesday for Thursday. Then he completed cancelled the appointment late night Wednesday. Had he just been straight forward and professional, I would have happily found someone else. However, I am still without power in my home office and laundry room. I highly recommend finding a better reliable electrician.
