Needed some electrical work done for my place of work. Called a lot of places and received no call backs from a few. Jon was very quick to get back with me and come out to evaluate what was needed. We were under a time crunch with a different part of construction starting and really needed their part done fast and they delivered. An excellent and professional crew across the board, what a pleasure to work with and look forward to doing so with future projects. Thank you Empire for representing what a company should be.

I can't say enough about this company! They came to my home, very clean cut, knew what they were talking about and did very high quality work, and on schedule! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Thompson electric came to replace my electric panel since I was selling my house and the insurance would not cover the original panel. I found out the replacement panel bought the company of my original panel and so it probably did not need to be replaced. In the process I asked the technicians if my antique mirror needed to be removed and they said no. It was way too heavy for me to lift by myself. I went grocery shopping and came back to find the filigree trim which was placed by hand was in pieces and the technicians improperly removed it from the wall by the trim instead of the frame and wire in the back. Needless to say, the mirror was damaged and will cost me over $400 to repair.

The owner was very rude on the phone and in an email I sent to him blaming me because I did not remove it before the techs got there. I live by myself and cannot lift a 50 pound mirror off a wall. He proceeded to tell me it was old and fell apart and mirrors online were only $250. Most of my friends and family told me not to pay until I had an estimate for repairs but as a good faith gesture I paid the bill less $225. After the techs left I researched mirrors and they were over $800. Once I received an estimate for repairs I sent the invoice to the company and asked for an additional $203. The owner sent me a nasty email and said I was to blame.

I have never had such terrible customer service from the owner of a company. I would advise anyone who uses this company do not leave your valuables alone with their techs either. This mirror has been in my family for over 3 generations and is not old nor cheap as this owner stated. It will be repaired but cannot be repaired to its original state. I regret I did not use the other company I was recommended. Live and learn I guess.

They were easy to get in touch with and work with. At my house the same day! Me and my wife could not have been happier!

I was extremely impressed with their customer service. Jessica with their office was amazing as was the gentleman who repaired my grandma's electrical issue. They came out and fixed it the same day which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely use them in the future. Class act.

The Dalie company is by far the best I’ve had to do my electrical work. Over this year they’ve done everything from hanging a fan to creating a 240 outlet for charging my car. They’re always thorough and professional. They’re on my very short list for all my electric related stuff.

Todd and Nelson were everything this going on 79 year old perfectionist could hope for. So great to know there are excellent electricians you can count on to do a wonderful job at a fair price............ I'll definitely be using them again.

Terrific experience from initial phone call to completion of work. Friendly AND professional. Just nice folks who do excellent work for a reasonable price. I'm glad I found them.

I work for an HVAC company, and we had a homeowner who was very concerned and considered their issue an emergency. I tried so many companies and couldn't even get anyone to listen to the situation- I was shot down saying weeks out before they could help because we contacted them the day before a hurricane and all their guys were sent home already (understandably). However - Tina answered from T&M and attempted to help me settle over the phone, but the homeowner insisted it was an emergency so she agreed to send someone out. The homeowner reported that they were very knowledgeful, professional looking, and well Equipped with everything they needed to get the job done!!!

Haven't used this company. But, I would not. He was speeding his tail off and got caught behind me and my wife doing 10 over already with the flow of traffic.he was probably a foot off my wife's bumper for a mile or so..smh. Dude needs to chill before he causes a wreck.
