I had such a great experience with this company from the second they answered the phone until the job was done. January took my initial inquiry and could not have been more kind, knowledgeable, and professional. When you don’t know anything about electric, it can be intimidating to ask the right questions but she was great. They offer free estimates which seems to be out of the ordinary for electric work but I’m not sure, very helpful though. Then Nathan (and another gentleman, I didn’t catch his name) came out to run a cable line. They found a different way to run the line and wound up cutting the initial quote in half. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs electric work. Thanks for your great work!

My name is Marion, my appliances did not work for 12 days. No one could fix the problem. The first electrician said, it's a coincidence that all my appliances broke at the same time. Including my air conditioner and pool pump. The second said, he cleaned the breaker, and now it's working. No! It was burning HOT ! The only perfesionals, who knew immediately what the problem was, and worked to fix it right away, was Kwick Lights! They are awesome, and are the only kind men I will call from now on! We've used Donovan Heating & Air for 8 years - ever since we moved into this home. We keep their Preferred Maintenance Contract which gives us two preventive maintenance & cleanings per year ... in addition to other discounts. They have always been responsive and the representatives are professional, respecting our home and property.

I researched via google and found this company for a business repair. I called and the operator informed me that what I needed was not something they offered. So, I went back to google, researched and I found that RandR Electric did complete the work, so I called the number from the Google website, which led me back to Snyder (They are partners). I was informed by the lady again that they do not offer that service, so I advised her that Snyder advertises on Google that they do offer the specific service along with RandR offering it. She placed me on hold for about 5 minutes, then picked back up and stated she was transferring me to someone else who could assist, then the call disconnected. I called back and it kept going to the automated recording then when someone went to answer it disconnected again. I attempted to call several more times with the same outcome. I then called from my cell phone, and she answered again, no disconnection, I informed her I was disconnected, and she said she was going to transfer me again.... As soon as she placed me on hold it disconnected again. This is a pain to be completely honest. First the employee had no clue of the services you all offer then for it to continually disconnect. This should be fixed; it could cost you a lot of business.

I will give no rating to this company they are so disorganize and their is this women that works their Misty very rude and not helpful at all.
I had a situation not to long ago with this lady and she is tremendously rude to people.
How can a company hire people like that.

I had the most pleasant experience with Strada and it breaks my heart to read the bad reviews that I have seen on here. I had two techs come out to my new house and both of them were phenomenal! Kenneth and Danny were extremely professional and such a joy to deal with. I would hands down recommend them to anyone in need of service work. Thank you guys again for a job well done!
