Burbank Electric came out and serviced a GFi outlet in my bathroom that keeps being blowm. It was discovered the previous electric company that replaced our electrical panel did not make sure the house was properly grounded. My thanks to Burbank for discovering this before a major problem developed. They were professional, reasonable, and very friendly. We will use them again.

The outlets on our patio were malfunctioning and one smoked when we tried to use it. I could smell the electric burning smell and called after hours. Jeff said that Schuyler was on the way. We used Crawford to complete three phases of inside electric work over the last year and were pleased with their work and timeliness. Today was top-notch. Schuyler was the best person to work at our home since we moved here. Schuyler identified the problem, fixed it, replaced two GFCI outlets, and was just a really great person with whom to talk. When we have an electric issue in the future, we will ask for Schuyler. He knows his stuff, is personable, and tidy. Schuyler is the type of person who loves his job, the customers, and best represents a super company like Crawford Electric. The guys at Elite did a great job wiring up some extra outlets and security lights. They did their best to hide the conduit and left no mess. I highly recommend them.

The installation of recessed lighting throughout our living room/kitchen, and the under-cabinet lighting under our kitchen cabinets, has truly shown to make a huge difference in our home. Frank and Alan came out to install a new 220v outlet for a new free standing oven/range I had recently purchased. They were friendly and efficient in doing the job. They even went above and beyond and took the old oven to the garage helped roll the new oven in the kitchen...even though they didn't have to do any of that. The Dalie company is by far the best I’ve had to do my electrical work. Over this year they’ve done everything from hanging a fan to creating a 240 outlet for charging my car. They’re always thorough and professional. They’re on my very short list for all my electric related stuff.

The best electrical testing company. Can pull your business out of a pickle. Power failure, maintenance service, including switch gear, breakers, panels and ground testing. This is just a ideal of what they do plus i.r scan.

I can't speak the the work, but the unprofessional nature was horrific. He was scheduled to come restore power on Wednesday, he reschedule late night Tuesday for Thursday. Then he completed cancelled the appointment late night Wednesday. Had he just been straight forward and professional, I would have happily found someone else. However, I am still without power in my home office and laundry room. I highly recommend finding a better reliable electrician.

Horrible customer service; agent hangs up on you while describing issue.

I work for an HVAC company, and we had a homeowner who was very concerned and considered their issue an emergency. I tried so many companies and couldn't even get anyone to listen to the situation- I was shot down saying weeks out before they could help because we contacted them the day before a hurricane and all their guys were sent home already (understandably). However - Tina answered from T&M and attempted to help me settle over the phone, but the homeowner insisted it was an emergency so she agreed to send someone out. The homeowner reported that they were very knowledgeful, professional looking, and well Equipped with everything they needed to get the job done!!!
