Travis and Leo configured my Tesla wall charger to allow for faster charging. It had been previously installed and my charging rate was quite slow. They professionally and quickly looked at it, went through the troubleshooting process, found the issue, and got it up and running. They went the extra mile to make sure that everything was set up properly and that the settings were registering correctly. Many, many thanks!

The electricians that came out to my property, Walt and Nathan were super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They properly troubleshot an issue which requires another trade to continue their work in order to get to the bottom of the issue (remove drywall to visually inspect electrical wires) . They appraised me of their findings and left me with a comprehensive write-up.

Great company! Don't believe anyone talking bad! I cold-called them and hit a winner! 2 big jobs now on my dollar. They saved me money over competitors, were high quality, and accurate per my plans. I have had other companies mess up details. They were so good that I was surprised. I had dimensions and multiple switches on recessed lighting. They are smart electricians and each employee helped me on every question: prompt, professional, and very courteous. I'm not a review writer, but I have to write now, You are an Outstanding Team!

We are in Nassau county and Last Sunday our panel was getting hot and actually started smoking. Burbank Electric came out that day(on a Sunday) and got us running! Today they replaced and upgraded our entire panel. They are very professional, knowledgeable and the work is amazing! It’s almost impossible to find an electrician to come out on the weekend, let alone in Nassau County. I highly recommend them for any of your electrical needs!

Good people, honest contractors.

Did two projects for me (main panel replacements), one turned out well and the other was a bit of a train-wreck.

First, if you don't communicate a very specific and detailed request, it is lost, misunderstood and incorrectly priced. What started out as a 200 Amp panel replacement ($1,100.00) and a request to add an automatic cut -off switch for a back up generator at $800.00 blew-up to $3,700.00.

Worse, I kept sending them specifications for a solar inverter that I wanted to install at the same time while re-powering my house. After repeated request for pricing the work, they blew me off, only admitting they were incapable of installing the equipment after the initial job was completed.

To add insult to injury, they forgot to have the work inspected for over two months?
Now I have to hire another company to finish the project. The moral of the story; they are OK at very simple task and their field people are competent. But complex work of any kind is far out of their wheel-house and their office staff is disorganized and questionable.

I could have giving the entire project to another company that was slightly cheaper and qualified to install solar equipment. It will cost me great deal more, pull another permit and have to undo some of the work already completed.

Learn from my mistake.

Ken was incredibly helpful with an issue we were having with our water heater. The issue was complicated for me, but simple for him. He helped me over the phone when he could have easily made a service call. He is my guy going forward. Highly recommend him!!!

The Dalie company is by far the best I’ve had to do my electrical work. Over this year they’ve done everything from hanging a fan to creating a 240 outlet for charging my car. They’re always thorough and professional. They’re on my very short list for all my electric related stuff.
